How many mugs do you actually use?
As a professional house cleaner, one of the biggest sources of kitchen clutter I see is overflowing mug cabinets. Most families reach for the same 4–6 mugs every day while the rest just take up space, collect dust, and make cabinets harder to organize.
I’m not saying you can’t collect mugs. If they bring you joy, keep them! But if your cabinet is packed with random mugs you never use, it might be time to let a few go.
A simple rule I recommend:
☕ Keep your everyday favorites.
☕ Donate the ones you haven’t used in months.
☕ Make your cabinets easier to access and keep organized.
Your future self (and whoever cleans your kitchen) will thank you. 😉
