I outdid myself on this one! Natural stone takes a little more effort and skill to restore, than your traditional porcelain or ceramic tiles. Special cleaning supplies are needed to remove residue from any old sealants, minerals, soap scum, etc; without harming the stone. Multiple sealants are applied to enhance the color of the tile, give it a non-slip surface, and recolor the grout to make it all look uniform again. Finally, color matched 100% silicone can be applied at every change of plane, to seal the gaps properly.
