Watch Andy take his first cold plunge ever....

The people have spoken! It's time for Andy to take the plunge! 🥶 After his dry run, you asked for the real thing, and Andy delivered. This time, the water was very much real, and very, very cold.

Was there yelling? Only for like a second. 😅 Was his voice three octaves higher than usual? Maybe. 👀 Was it worth it? One thousand percent. 🤣

Cold plunging is not for the weak, but the moment you hit that water, your body gets to work:

• During the first 0-10 secs:⁠ Your fight-or-flight response kicks in.⁠
⁠• Within 10-30 secs:⁠ Endorphins like norepinephrine & dopamine flood your body.⁠
⁠• At around 45 secs:⁠ You regain control of your breathing & nervous system.⁠
