This job is good for people who are burnt out on the food/customer service industry and ready for a change.
You will be working about 30 hrs/wk average. We have both residential and commercial clients, so you must be presentable and professional. We also are looking to hire Team Leads as well. Management experience is a big plus.

The biggest thing we're looking for is reliability, trustworthiness and a keen eye for detail. You must be able to pay attention to directions, and you must be consistent and on time. We have some of the best reviews on Google, and we hold high standards for our level of detail cleaning.

There are performance based raises and promotions offered.

If after two months you excel as a team member you are eligible to get bumped up to $15.25

After two months you also become eligible for Team Lead position if there is an opening available at which you are paid $17/hr.

The right candidate:

- Cares about the environment and conservation.

- Has a car and is willing to travel anywhere within a 30 mile radius of San Marcos.

- Prides themselves on their integrity and honesty.

- Takes constructive feedback well.

- Has strong communication skills.

- Works well independently.

- Is a team player.

- Doesn't cut corners.

- Is able to pass a background check.

- Has a smart phone.

- Has a strong work ethic.

- Loves cats and dogs and doesn't mind their hair.

You will not be officially hired until you pass the paid trial training period.

Light fixtures collect a lot of dust both over time, but also seemingly overnight sometimes. Our Standard Deep Clean includes both lambswool dusting and hand wiping of the light fixtures in your home. No matter if it’s the first time in months, or we’re there every two weeks, your light fixtures will be carefully cleaned by a team member.
