North County Manager Mike Welch participated in an Honor Flight where he was recognized for his Vietnam service with the Sea Wolves and was featured on the local news.

We are grateful and admire all of our veterans.

Nearly 100 Vietnam veterans got a hero's welcome Sunday at the San Diego International Airport, returning home after a weekend-long honor flight in Washington D.C.
