Im often asked what vacuum cleaner is best. i have used many throughout the years. i have had a few of these and i feel they are the best vacuums available on the market. It is made by Windsor and i use the Sensor 12” HEPA. This vacuum has the seal of approval by the carpet and rug institute. All my jobs always get a detailed dry vacuuming of all carpet and edges. Dry vacuuming is a necessary first step for a deep down clean carpet.

A move out I cleaned today

Cleaning a furnished rental today. On this full service job all furniture was moved including the bed, reset all furniture on a plastic/foam square for drying. Carpet cleaned up excellent and is ready for the next tenant.

Why we do not clean area rugs. Our industry standards recommend in shop cleaning (something we refer out). A lot of problems can happen durning cleaning and durning the drying stage. Most common is ripples that most of the time will never relax and be flat again. Other problems are damage to floor underneath, color loss/fade, browning, shrinking on edges, etc. Here are some photos of ripples that I copied from a cleaning group online.

Carpet cleaning Avila Beach. One of my stops today. Cleaning up a nice Apartment overlooking Avila Beach today. The unit got a great pre vacuuming including all the edges and stairs. All carpet was pre treated, pre scrubbed and then steam cleaned. Leaving the carpet lightly damp and will dry soft in a few hours.
