CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Type: Remote Part time(Job from home)
Location: California, Denver, Missouri, Minnesota
Pay: $49/hr Training: 2 weeks $16/hr
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision and Paid Vacation
Schedule: Mon-Fri Per time
Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
* Answer customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone calls in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude
* Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely shipment
* Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
* Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining databases
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Prior customer service experience preferred

Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
· Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
· Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors.
· Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
· Makes appointments and arrangements for the president such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
· Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Supports the team and helps with loan processing tasks.
· Prepares call reports and performs light bookkeeping.
· Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies and maintains cleanliness of workplace.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Reporting and math skills
· Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Microsoft Office Skills
· Intermediate typing skills
· Intermediate knowledge of general office practices
· Professionalism
· Bilingual is highly preferred
· Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
· Able to start as soon as possible
Education and Experience Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent education required
· 1 year of administrative assistant experience preferred
· Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
· Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
