We also own and operate Walsh’s Janitorial and Advanced Drying Solutions. Our family has over 50 years combined experience in carpet cleaning, janitorial services, and water damage restoration. We are one of the Bay Area’s most experienced teams of cleaning and maintenance professionals, providing quality reliable service to thousands of Bay Area customers. Our commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction is unsurpassed as evidenced by their long list of clients who have been regular customers for over 20 years. We got our start in 1983 when Tom Walsh purchased an existing janitorial business (Bill’s Janitorial) that had been in operation in the South Bay since 1968. The janitorial service provided residential janitorial work primarily but now extends those services to include power washing and selected hardwood floor restoration. They soon added carpet cleaning and water damage restoration to their list of expertise. In the early nineties Tom began working on the interiors (carpet, leather, headliners) of corporate aircraft. By 1993 the Walsh family opened a new office in the North Bay covering Marin and Sonoma counties, expanding their business to encompass nearly the entire Bay Area from Gilroy north to Cloverdale. With so much experience doing thousands of jobs ranging from the usual to the most unusual, today we are accepted experts in our respective chosen fields. Our goal at Walsh's Chem-Dry is to provide you excellent service and complete customer satisfaction!
