We're out at a Danville property today dealing with ground squirrels that have been moving between a hillside burrow system and a row of fruit trees along the back fence.

The homeowner had noticed gnawing on the lower limbs and fresh digging near the base of the trees. Our technician mounted tube traps directly to the tree limbs at points along the squirrels' regular travel route.

These traps work with the animal's natural movement rather than against it. We secured three placements across two trees and will return in 48 hours to check and reset.

Earlier this week, a Monterey homeowner noticed a few roaches in the kitchen and a strange smell near an outlet. Those signs usually point to roach activity inside the walls.

We set glue traps to confirm and found both young and adult roaches near that outlet. From there, we placed gel bait inside the wall and around appliances to target the nest.

Moles travel just below the surface searching for grubs and earthworms, and the shallow tunneling pushes up long ridges rather than isolated mounds.

We recently received a call from a homeowner in Cupertino who kept seeing bugs inside their home and wanted them out quickly.

Our technician did a full perimeter treatment (walls, door frames, every gap where bugs could cross) using an eco-conscious product and our Typhoon backpack sprayer.

A Willow Glen homeowner noticed fresh dirt mounds appearing overnight in their raised garden beds.

Our technicians followed the tunnels and discovered the gophers had been using the drip irrigation lines as underground highways, tunneling straight to the plant roots.

We set traps along the active runs and monitored daily until the gopher infestation was resolved.

The garden is now gopher-free.
