My name is Anamaria and I am a Real Estate Broker Associate with Windermere Homes and Estates. In an effort to introduce our community to our Facebook friends, I have put together this page back in March 2013. In September, when I was passing out flyers to help my husband’s unit (VMM 161 of the United States Marine Co
rps) promote a car wash, I ran into our neighbors Doug Smith and Anna Cafasso at their restaurant (Cafasso Meatball Company – great food and great prices) . As we started talking we realized that we lived in the same beautiful community. At that point I found myself saying “I wish I would have known about it earlier. I would have made an effort to come out, support them and eat at their restaurant more often”. That thought motivated me to create, print the flyers and spread the word about this community page. In my opinion a good neighbor (like a good friend) is there for you in good times (for the parties and the fun events) and bad times. I would like to know if we have a plumber, a contractor (etc.) and use their services rather than picking somebody randomly from yellow pages who will take 10 times longer to get here in case of an emergency).
