There’s a new pool sharing app called “Swimply”....the pool owners must get a certain type of insurance and the people who rent the pools on the app must sign a release of liability waiver. I say don’t do this. Pools can be very dangerous...and the extra service fees, repairs ,and chemical costs may offset the profit. I will be notifying all my clients that I will be charging maximum chemical and service rates if they use this app or do anything similar.
