I started this laminate flooring job today. We demo'd all baseboard and old flooring (which you can see in the hallway), and then tied in new flooring.

The fact that this installation is diagonal requires every cut be made at 45 degree angles. Also, note the intricate cuts around corners and jambs. I'll post the completion of job Monday👍🏽

Hi, SVS family. It's been awhile since I've been on social media. Here are some recent photos I took of some tile and grout cleaning I did. Grout is porous and easily becomes oily and soiled, but I have tools and solutions to return them back to their original color.

We have been busy! Today, we demo'd some old vinyl sheeting (💪🏽) and then removed the old cove basing (1st picture). 2nd picture is the new flooring ready to be installed. Pictures 3 and 4 are post completion.

This was a flood job with lots of water damage. Since it wasn't Blackwater (industry term for contaminated waters), we were able to salvage the carpet by removing, sanitizing, and applying anti microbial solutions before reinstalling. Free $50 credit (on minimum $150 job) to the first person who can tell me why I cut the pad in a wavy pattern.
