Restored this 1990's vanity. Removed excessive caulking that was used like grout. Then the entire edge of bullnose fell off along with 12 other tiles. I removed all grout, reset all tiles and regrouted with a permanent acrylic grout. Cost $500

Just finished regrouting this shower from 1989 and replacing three pieces of broken bullnose. Customers were ecstatic with the results.

Corner joints and tub line regrout. Cut out all the old mildewy caulking and replaced it with permanent acrylic grout that will never crack,shrink, mold, fade or require sealing.

Clean, remove all caulking and replace all corner joints with permanent acrylic grout.
