Fresh & Clean Laundry is looking for a responsible, dedicated, and energetic team player to join our family-owned business! We have many loyal customers and are growing through our expanding wash & fold and laundry delivery services.
🧺 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their laundry needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming laundromat environment
• Clean and maintain washers, dryers, and the store
• Process over-the-counter transactions for Wash & Fold orders
• Perform washing, drying, folding, and packaging of laundry orders
• Receive, organize, store, and track customer laundry items
• Follow store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain quality assurance standards
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
✅ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Friendly, organized, courteous, and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours
• Able to lift laundry bags weighing up to 20 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Professional and well-kept appearance
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Laundromat experience
• Laundry/washing techniques and procedures
• Wash, Dry & Fold (Fluff & Fold) experience
• Cash handling and register experience
• Point-of-Sale (POS) software experience
🕐 TWO SHIFTS AVAILABLE
🌅 Opener: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🌙 Closer: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.
