OmniLogic® System Update
Dear Valued Hayward Customer,
We want to let you know that your Hayward OmniLogic® and Pro mobile app will undergo scheduled cloud maintenance beginning Tuesday, April 7th and continuing through Friday, April 10. During this maintenance window, you may experience occasional service disruptions and intermittent app connectivity as we work to improve our cloud services.
What This Means for Your Pool System
Please note that your pool systems will continue to operate normally and follow all existing schedules throughout this update.
New account creations or site registrations during the maintenance window may be subject to data loss. We recommend postponing new registrations until maintenance is complete.
