Have an inner courtyard where no lift can go? No problem, we at Drone Washing Solutions have you covered! We fly where lifts can’t even go! We got the call for this project from another pressure washing company in Houston who used a lift for the outer facades of this 8 story luxury apartment building. However there was no way to get a lift big enough through the service tunnel and light enough for the pool coping.

Easy work for the Apellix B1 wash drone! Even dragging the hose through the pool didn’t slow us down with 15 min operational flight times. For the non-initiated dragging hoses through water adds tons of drag and downward forces on the drone motors, reducing battery life. First time we did barefoot hose management, in the shallow end!😂

The outside appearance of your hotel entrance is a reflection of the cleanliness of your rooms inside. It’s hard to believe this Towneplace Suites by Marriott Hotels in East Houston is only 5 years old! This building never sees sun on the north facing elevation which unfortunately is the front of the hotel. We stayed at this property while we cleaned the building and windows and we can say the outside didn’t match the inside, hence we were called in.

The GM’s main issue as with everyone was his budget. He didn’t have sufficient funds for lift rentals so we were able to educate him and the hotel owner on Drone Washing Solutions as a lift alternative strategy. Our cost effective cleaning methods using our wash drone and advanced soft washing techniques enabled us to clean the entire front facade and windows without disrupting building operations in only 6 hours for 35% less than our competitors. That’s a realized ROI for the hotel owner and GM, saving them not only in cleaning costs but tens of thousands of dollars in not having to repaint the facade. Our soft wash methods extended the life of the paint coatings and we were a small fraction of the expense compared to repainting.

As you walk up to a restaurant, the concrete that you see on the ground, the windows that you look at as you come in the front door speaks to the cleanliness of the inside of your restaurant. It’s a reflection of your kitchen.

These before and afters are a good reminder of how much buildup concrete holds onto, especially around dumpsters, service areas, and high foot traffic spots.

This one had a little bit of everything
• grease and food runoff
• rust stains
• general grime that’s been sitting for a while

Nothing crazy, just the kind of stuff that slowly adds up until everything looks tired.

A few hours later and it’s back to clean, safe, and presentable. Big difference, especially at the front entrance.

We covered 9,000 SqFt on this one and were able to get most of the staining out without disrupting their day.

If you’ve got areas like this that never really look clean no matter how much they get rinsed off, that’s usually a sign it needs a deeper treatment, not just water.

In addition to making the concrete look great and adding curb appeal, a professional cleaning also increases the life of the cream coat on your concrete ensuring the aggregate doesn’t start showing. Concrete when it has mildew, algae and growth can also be a slip hazard when wet. The post treatment we did will work over night to make it even brighter! No, we didn’t need the drone…😉
