Back in beautiful Shavano Park, TX today, our Beyer Carpet Cleaning team completed a full stain removal and sanitization for a long-time customer who understands the value of semi-annual cleanings.

Out in Schertz, TX 78154 today, we tackled a full carpet cleaning and 13‑month Teflon sealant application for one of our long-time regulars near Cibolo and Universal City.

They had tried some over-the-counter spot cleaners from big box stores, which unfortunately caused permanent bleaching in a few areas, but we were still able to save the vast majority of the carpet with our truck mounted steam cleaning, safe detergents, sanitizers, citrus solvents, and deodorizer.

We walked them through why those store-bought products can damage carpet fibers and why it’s safer to call us between major cleanings instead of experimenting with harsh chemicals that offer no warranty.

With the Teflon sealant now protecting the fibers, future spills will sit on the surface so they can blot them up quickly instead of seeing them soak down into the padding.

Today I was out on the northwest side of San Antonio near Lackland Air Force Base in the 78245 area, taking care of a heavy pet urine and f***l accident situation for one of our repeat customers.

We used a concentrated enzyme treatment to break down the bacteria causing the strong pet odors, followed by stain oxidizers designed specifically for urine and a topical anti-microbial treatment to fully sanitize all the f***l contamination.

To get below the surface, we performed water claw deep extractions with bio injections so we could reach the padding and remove as much biohazard material as possible, then applied a Teflon protectant so future accidents sit on top of the fibers instead of soaking in.

We finished the job with high-power speed fans so the carpets could dry in about an hour, and as always, our work is backed by our service warranty on carpet, tile and grout, and upholstery cleaning.

Today in San Antonio we took on a seriously neglected carpet that hadn’t been cleaned in four years and was covered in heavy pet urine stains and deep traffic wear from the family dog.
