This is not a rushed hire.
We are looking for the right person, not just a body in a truck.

🔍 About the Role

This position starts as a full-service pest control technician — treating homes, taking care of customers, and representing Buckin’ Bugs the right way.

However, this role is much more than spraying houses.

We are specifically looking for someone who:
• Is good with their hands
• Takes pride in quality repairs and finished work
• Is comfortable on ladders and roofs
• Has patience and attention to detail
• Thinks like a problem-solver, not a shortcut-taker

You will become our go-to wildlife repair specialist, handling things like:
• Siding repairs
• Soffit & fascia work
• Decking & wood repairs
• Wildlife exclusion repairs
• Making homes look right when the job is done

• Enjoy fixing things and seeing a clean final result
