check your fittings and valves at the pump system first, to make sure it's not something obvious. If nothing is leaking, then we can come out and test the pool for leaks.

we detected a leak under the deck at a previous repair site. the previous repair was ok, but they did not relieve the stress on the pipes, which caused it to crack at one of the 90 degree pipe fittings. (once the pipe was cut, one side was higher than the other) we made a better repair, and made sure to relieve the stress on the pipe, so the repair will last a lot longer this time.

We detected a leak under the pool deck. Once we opened the deck and excavated to the pipe we found that the last repair person tied a strap around the pipe to try and repair it. Not a good idea for pool pipe repair. Do it right the first time and avoid having to call someone else out to fix it again later.

The turf installers accidentally hit a pipe a few inches below ground at the edge of the pool deck. But there was no visible water in this area. We located the leak, and then the turf guys came back and removed the turf so we could make the repair. Be extra careful when digging around your pool, because the pipes aren't always completely under the deck.

This fiberglass pool has a very thin hairline crack in the bottom, which was not visible from up on the pool deck. The home inspector missed it. But we went out and tested and checked all the pipes, and we also got in the pool to check everything underwater. We were able to see the small crack while underwater, and YES, it was leaking. We recommend getting a complete leak detection for any home purchase. This one we caught ahead of time, which worked out great for the buyer.

I detected a leak in a pool pipe under the deck last week. Marked the spot with X. Customer had repair guy open up the deck and expose the pipes. Leak was right there. Customer wrote a review calling me a pool leak ninja. LOL.
