🍯 Two Texas Honeys. Two Distinct Flavors.

Texas has an incredible variety of native plants, and the flowers our bees forage on can make a beautiful difference in the color, aroma, and flavor of honey. 🌵🐝

💛 Huajillo Honey — The Golden Jar

Huajillo (Acacia berlandieri) is a native shrub found throughout the brush country of South and West Texas.

Huajillo honey is typically light and golden, with a delicate floral sweetness and a smooth, clean finish. When liquid, it can sometimes have a subtle greenish or pearlescent appearance. 🌼🍯

🤎 Mesquite Honey — The Dark Jar

Mesquite (Prosopis glandulosa) is one of the familiar native trees of South Texas and the Texas plains.

Mesquite honey is generally darker, with a richer amber color and a deeper, more distinctive flavor—often described as earthy, with hints of caramel and butterscotch. 🌳🍯

Same Texas landscape. Different blooms. Different honey.

Which would you choose? 💛 Huajillo or 🤎 Mesquite?

Imagine that the most precious thing on this earth… cannot be bought or sold, yet it is what keeps you alive every single day.
It isn’t buried treasure, nor is it minerals measured in numbers, but rather those natural systems that work in silence—without noise and without a price tag.
The bee, despite its tiny size, helps produce a massive portion of our food through pollination, acting like a hidden guardian of the human dinner table. Trees do not just grant us shade; they set the rhythm of the climate, store carbon, and maintain the planet's vital balance. As for pure water, it is the pulse that flows through everything… from the smallest cell to the most complex ecosystem.
We may assign value to oil and gold, but the unseen truth is that these natural systems are what make our very existence possible in the first place.
What cannot be priced… is what cannot be replaced. #🐝🐝

PART 2: How we solved the invisible bee puzzle!
The toxic foam sprayed by previous workers forced the colony to shift deep into the wall, leaving no clear signs of where to cut. Combined with the thick, solid structural wood, we had a real challenge on our hands!
This is where true professional experience comes into play. Thanks to Basho’s sharp diagnostic skills, we pinpointed the exact location and uncovered a breathtakingly beautiful hive! 🐝
Despite the brutal Texas heat and humidity, we worked with ultimate precision to protect the bees. Once the relocation was complete, Basho put his craftsmanship to work, sealing and restoring the wall perfectly. Clean, expert, and damage-free!

Bonjour! Today, my husband Basho and I are on a mission to rescue a honeybee colony trapped inside a house wall here in San Antonio, Texas.
The homeowner is incredibly nice, but he hasn't been able to open his garage because of the bees. He actually consulted two people before us, but with no luck—they just sprayed foam over the bees' entry and exit points, which obviously didn't work.
The weather today is super hot and highly humid. My husband is working with extreme precision to ensure not a single bee gets hurt. But as soon as he removed the first layer of the wall, we hit a major obstacle...
If you want to find out what happened next, make sure to follow us for part two!"
