If you use glue traps, always use them responsibly if you catch unintended animals, or even if that was the intent! This home owner did the right thing by calling for help! This coral snake gets to live its life thanks to his compassion!

This large western diamondback rattlesnake was in someone's backyard. They discovered him while mowing. He measured 5 ft and weighed 8 lbs. One of the largest I've seen inside the city of San Antonio. This big boy was lucky to had made it to this size. Relocation is tricky with him due to the area he was caught in. They put homes in everywhere. I'm still working out where to put him. A male this size ideally needs to be near where he was found....

Garter snakes are harmless. If you still don't want them there, call! Don't kill! This tiny helpless garter snake got lucky today when the woman decided to spare the little guy despite any fear.

Backyard built in kitchens are a great feature to have! But snakes also use these features for shelter. Always be aware of your surroundings while enjoying your yard.

This little colorful coral snake was having a swim in a pool. They love water and often have difficulty finding their way back out of swimming pools.

This large Western diamondback rattlesnake was right in front of someone's front door last night. Doorways often provide good shelter for snakes. Always look before you step out! Safely relocated.

Big diamondback water snake. Often mistaken as a moccasin. They are not venomous. However their saliva can have some nasty bacteria due to the diet they eat. And they will readily bite if grabbed or threatened. So it's important to just leave them alone if possible. This one was around a home and the tenants were very fearful of it so I relocated her.

This copperhead was having a nice sunning session in someone's backyard. They blend in to the environment and especially leaf litter very well. Keep your leaves raked up and removed.
