May 2026 Update

Sammie's Suds has been in operation since 2017 as a small one man home based business and has operated that way ever since. With new opportunities, the time has come for a major change.

We will begin the transition to a mobile detailing operation and bring on a team to ensure consistent, convenient and reliable service. Our core remains the same, provide the community with an approchable, affordable option to keep your ride looking fresh! This is the last week of our legacy prices. More details coming later.

Mobile detailing operations will begin starting 5/18 and a new website will be launched along with a few other changes:

Scheduling will now be done over the phone
Prices will be updated to reflect the changes
Services will be optimized with new add ons

Winter is extremely harsh on paint and other car parts. Contaminants can range from road grime from wet roads to salt from snow covered roads. If left untouched, paint can become damaged or scratched. Make sure your paint is protected and cleaned regularly to handle the wintery mix.

With fall in full force and the arrival of the wet season imminent, now is a good time to get your car protected. Our lineup has been simplified and each service receiving a minor refresh. The baseline is a new service that is good for maintenance washes and topping up existing protection. The Plus replaces the Sammie's Special and the Signature remains the same. As summer winds down and the school year starts back up again, nothing better than to start the fall season with a freshly clean car. Paint protection at this time of year is especially important as the wet season starts up again.

Another announcement we have are services are being simplified to 3 main levels to reduce confusion. Prices will be updated to reflect this on 9/15 so come while old prices last!

For those involved in the car community, you may be familiar with Monterey Car Week, where every August, car enthusiasts from around the world flock to a seaside community in California to show off and see each other’s pride and joy. Many different events are hosted with all parts of the car community and it is relatable to the disneyland of the car community. This was my first year going and it exceeded my expectations by a far amount, my dream cars in front of me before my eyes. The level of true passion and knowledge shown was nothing I had ever seen and inspires me in wanting to be a guiding light for the car community and every Sammies Suds customer will get that level of passion and care with each service given.
