We wanted to take a moment to recognize something really special — and someone even more special.

This week, the Salisbury Post published a story about Jackie and her 20 years of service at Speedwash. It’s a beautiful tribute to her consistency, kindness, and the quiet excellence she brings to work every single day.

Jackie doesn’t ask for the spotlight — in fact, she probably cringes a little knowing we’re all reading about her! But she deserves every word. For two decades, Jackie has shown up, served our clients, and set the standard for what it means to care about your work and your community.

Exciting things going on at the W Innes Street store.

As normal - we have an attendant on duty, heat is on, dryers are hot and the washers are the biggest in town.

Just dont mind the hammers and saws.

Wow—so much for a boring Monday!

Take a look at these pictures: yes, a power pole was down across our front entrance, and yes, transformer cooling agent spilled across the parking lot.

But the important thing? Everyone is safe. Crews are hard at work, and everything should be back to normal by the end of the day.

Whether you’re at Speedwash on Avalon Dr or anywhere in Western NC, the folks working to keep the lights on and keep us safe are true heroes.

We’re still open! You can park at Aldi or in our back lot. Plus, our 1337 W Innes St location is open with plenty of parking. Come on in!
