Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse position located in Pocomoke City, MD. The role involves providing direct patient care, including monitoring and recording patient vital signs, administering medications, and offering education and support to patients and their families. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, assessing patient conditions, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.

Qualifications

Strong skills in patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and assisting with medical procedures.
Ability to assess, monitor, and record patient conditions accurately and effectively.
Knowledge of healthcare protocols and regulations, and ability to ensure compliance at all times.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills for working with both patients and interdisciplinary teams.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for quick decision-making in fast-paced environments.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Maryland.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Previous clinical experience or relevant training is a plus.
