2. It loosens up soils and stains to be removed from the carpet.
3. Carpets need to be moist before they can be buffered. Buffering dry carpets can cause damage.

Pets are cute, but they bring their fair share of odors into the house and can be pretty tough on carpets. One of the ways we roll out the red carpet for our customers is by deodorizing their carpets and rugs to fight off that pet smell.
