Ronnie Potts is the owner of Sky Blue Pool and Spa previously in Belton, TX and has now moved to Salado, TX. Ronnie previously owned part of the now bankrupt Ocean Quest Pools. More than 20 families were left with unfinished pools and even more families were left without a pool warranty. Many pools costing in the $150,000 to $200,000 and more range.
