TBS Power Washing

Getting after it to start the week!

Training and development never stops.

Today we had the entire Bin Spa team out working on advanced power washing and soft washing techniques as we continue growing our new division, TBS Power Washing. We’re investing the time now to make sure the whole team, not just leadership, continues building the skills and knowledge needed to be some of the best in Central Texas.

If you haven’t already, make sure to follow TBS Power Washing and reach out if we can help with a project.

Also, big shoutout to Earl Waller for coming out to spend some time with the team today. We’ve got some fun content coming together with him over the next week, and we’re looking forward to sharing it.

As we’ve gone through the process of launching TBS Power Washing, we’ve received a ton of great feedback, encouragement, and support — but we’ve also gotten plenty of questions about why we created a separate division in the first place.

So we put together a new blog on our website that explains exactly that.

TBS Power Washing isn’t about offering brand-new services or changing what we’ve been doing. We’ve been professionally power washing and soft washing homes, businesses, concrete, equipment, and other exterior surfaces across Central Texas for years. This new division simply gives those services a dedicated brand that better reflects the expertise, training, time, and commercial-grade equipment we’ve invested in along the way.

Our goal is to continue being a trusted local resource for professional pressure washing, power washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning throughout Central Texas, with the same team, same customer service, and same standards our customers already know.

Check out the blog to learn more about why we started TBS Power Washing, and while you’re there, take a look around the new site.

We can’t wait to help with your next exterior cleaning project!

Come be a part of one of the coolest teams, and one of the fastest growing companies, in Texas!

The Bin Spa is hiring!!!

We're looking to add one person to our team here in Salado.

This is a full-time Operations & Field Technician position starting at $20/hour, with opportunities for raises, bonuses, and additional responsibility as you prove yourself.

We're a veteran-owned company that cleans and sanitizes trash bins, provides pressure washing services, and serves homeowners and businesses throughout Central Texas. More importantly, we're a small team that takes a lot of pride in what we're building.

There are currently three of us on the team. We work hard, hold each other accountable, help each other out when needed, and genuinely enjoy working together. We're looking for somebody who wants to be part of that.

The work is physical, outdoors, and sometimes repetitive. You'll be working in the Texas heat, operating equipment, serving customers, and helping us continue to grow. Experience is great, but it's not the most important thing we're looking for.

What matters most is character.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, coachable, hardworking, and wants to grow. Somebody who shows up on time, takes ownership, communicates well, and wants more than just another job.

If you're looking for a place where your work matters, where you'll be part of a small team, and where you'll have opportunities to grow as the company grows, we'd love to hear from you.

If that sounds like you, or sounds like someone you know, apply through Indeed at the link below.

And if you know somebody who'd be a great fit, we'd appreciate you sharing this post.

Hey Bin Spa family!

We’ve heard from several of you in our Williamson County communities that trash pick-up days are changing! With so many different service providers out there, it’s tough for us to know when or if your schedule has shifted.

If your trash day has changed recently, just shoot us a quick message so we can get you realigned and back on the correct next-day service with us.

Thanks so much for keeping us in the loop — y’all rock! 💚
