We have all succumbed to the societal pressures of keeping up with the Joneses. This pressure coupled with the average home almost doubling in size in the past 50 years, has created the perfect storm of having too much stuff! We buy gadgets to make ourselves feel better when we are sad, we receive gifts for almost every occasion from family and friends, and let’s not forget those lovely indecipherable treasures that our little ones bring home, DAILY. We hold onto our possessions for dear life because we assign them human-like qualities, or experience guilt over not keeping something given to us by a special person. We also fear that if we get rid of an item, that the memories attached to it will also diminish. Once a person makes a decision to declutter their home, the initial purge can take anywhere from weeks to YEARS! The fast paced nature of modern society does not allow people the time to be able to declutter and organize their homes in a timely manner… and that’s where I come in!
A little bit of background about me: My name is Tiffany and I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. In my time as a Social Worker I have had the pleasure of working with Veterans, pregnant women and new mothers, persons with addictions and serious mental health issues, and everyone in between. I have 3 amazing sons, and the youngest is 10 months old. I have been blessed to be a SAHM with him for the past 10 months! I have a passion for service, and would love to help you declutter items that may be inhibiting you from experiencing the peace you desire within the walls of your home. Since decluttering and organizing my own home I find it so much easier to clean throughout the week, as well as relax. I have regained a sense of control over my household since utilizing a few easy systems that I would love to share with you!
I would like to offer my first 3 customers a FREE 30 minute consultation of the space they wish to declutter and/or organize so we can customize a plan to suit your family’s needs! I would ALSO like to declutter, organize, and lightly clean a 36-40 foot space (small bathroom or closet) for free. We can do a drawing once my first 3 customers nominate a person of their choosing.
I LOVE containers, wicker and wire baskets, labels and storage totes, HOWEVER, I realize that not everyone desires the aesthetic of this type of organization and may simply just need assistance with clearing clutter, or utilizing containers and systems that are already available in their homes. The idea is to define your goals for a space, and work together to help you restore balance in your home.
I will charge an hourly rate of $30 for spaces that can be completed in ONE day. Pricing for spaces that will take multiple days will be mutually agreed upon by the customer and me during the consultation process.
Whether you just want to see the tops of your kitchen counters again, or you want a closet you can select items from without the feelings of instant overwhelm washing over you, I would love to bring life to your vision!
Spaces included but not limited to: Bathroom/bedroom closets, office spaces, kitchen cabinets, pantries, craft/toy rooms.
