Whisper Wash spray bar end configurations are engineered to deliver application-specific performance beyond traditional spray bar designs.

• Standard Aluminum Ends
Precision-machined from high-grade aluminum and optimized for lower GPM systems. The lightweight rounded-edge design reduces surface drag and rotational resistance, helping maximize cleaning performance and overall efficiency.

• Performance Stainless Steel Ends
Lightweight, aerodynamic stainless steel construction engineered for extreme and abrasive cleaning environments. Ideal for demanding applications including heavy surface restoration, sealer removal, and sand removal using aggressive 0°, 5°, or 15° nozzle configurations.

• Dual-Tip Aluminum Ends
Engineered for higher GPM systems requiring increased flow capacity, stability and balanced performance. The dual-tip configuration improves spray pattern consistency and surface tracking while supporting larger multi-arm setups, including 6-tip and 8-tip XFORCE configurations.

All Whisper Wash spray bar ends are precision balanced and feature integrated alignment indicators to ensure true balance, accurate nozzle positioning, and simplified setup without the guess work.

Dialed in for maintenance cleaning:

When the spray bar begins to slow and align with its original direction, you’ve reached the point where power meets precision.

Where every drop of water is working at maximum efficiency. That’s not just rotation… that’s performance dialed in.” 🔥

Specs:
•Rotating speed average around 900 RPMs or 69mph
•Pressue washer: 8gpm @ 3,500psi
•50ft of 3/8” hose
•Big Guy High-Flow Handle with 1/2” trigger and hose
•Big Guy Afterburner spray bar with (6) x 2502 spray tips, includes two shorter length arms with dual nozzle configuration
•Back pressure is around 1,800psi on the pressure guage

Side Note: Back pressure on a gauge is not the actual impact pressure hitting the surface. Way too many variables too calculate!!
