💦 Resurfacing and remodeling are NOT always the same thing.

Resurfacing usually means replacing the interior finish of your pool.

A remodel can include:

✨ New tile
✨ New coping
✨ New surface
✨ New decking
✨ Lighting
✨ Equipment
✨ Water features
✨ Automation

Sometimes a pool only needs a surface.

Other times, it makes more sense to update several things at once.

Every pool is different — and that’s why I believe in giving homeowners options instead of pushing the same solution on everyone.

Not just the lowest number on a quote.

Look for:

✔️ Clear communication
✔️ Honest recommendations
✔️ Experience
✔️ Quality materials
✔️ A realistic timeline
✔️ Someone who actually answers your questions

A pool is a major investment.

You should feel confident about who you’re trusting with it.

That’s one of the biggest things I try to help homeowners understand before they ever sign a contract.

✅ Truth:

Most pools can be completely transformed without starting over.

New tile.

New coping.

Beautiful new surface.

Updated lighting.

Modern equipment.

Fresh decking.

Sometimes the structure is perfectly fine—it just needs a facelift.

You’d be amazed what a remodel can do!

💲 The cheapest pool remodel quote can end up being the most expensive.

I completely understand wanting to save money. I would too!

But one thing I always tell homeowners is this…

Don’t compare quotes based on price alone. Compare what’s actually included.

Ask questions like:
✔️ What materials are being used?
✔️ Is the old material being removed properly?
✔️ Who handles the Start Up?
✔️ Is the company licensed and insured?
✔️ What warranty comes with the work?

A lower price today can sometimes mean paying for repairs later.

The best remodel isn’t always the cheapest—it’s the one that’s done right the first time.
