Next time you call a Sewer And Drain Service ask them if they give free estimates on the drain cleaning cost -> And if they do ask them if there's any other charges besides what it costs to unclog the drain you need cleaned 🤔 and they should tell you what that is over the phone 🤔 A lot of companies reel you in with what looks like low prices till they start adding in all the extras 🤣 And suddenly it's like WTH 🤣 Just remember We clean and scope drains not your pocketbook 651-307-6872

All of my customers don't know what it's like to pay for the drain to be cleaned and a trip/travel charge 🤣 Plus 95% of the time if my customer needs a cleanout cap or something small like that to make the job complete I give that for free and restock it back to my van out of my pocket and the customer doesn't even know that it happened 🤔

Every service company is charging a diagnostic fee or a trip charge of some kind in Minnesota 🤔 Even if you live in the twin cities area that ranges from $75 and up on top of what it costs to do the work 🤔 If you live in the twin cities Clean Drainz By Bob and Son charges zero dollars to show up❗️Remember We clean and scope drains not your pocketbook 651-307-6872

Wasn't able to use the chain machine so I had to use the Ridgid K7500 cable machine and 4x4 blades 🤔 which took me a little over three hrs to clean the roots a video inspect the main sewer
line❗️If had 100ft of line for the chain machine I would have been done in 1.5 hrs 🤔 Milwaukee doesn't make 100ft of cable for their Milwaukee chain machine 🤬 which sucks so im going to have to buy the Gator Boss Chain Machine and use that strictly for main sewer lines and use the Milwaukee chain machine strictly for floor drains and inside main sewer lines 🤔 In the end I'll be that much better than the next drain service so it is what it is 🤔 All in all this line looks 100 times better now than when I first started 🤔

The T-slide on the chain machine is the only way to go because the T-slide or the T-slide chain knocker won't fall off like the do with set screws so there's that 🤣❗️Plus nobody has the T-slide chain knockers that I have in Minnesota that are for the floor drains 🤔 Im not going to say where I get the T-SLIDE chain knockers from because I want to be the only one 🤣 My existing customers and new customers don't even know what a premium service they are getting everytime I show up to clear a floor drain for only $175❗️To get someone to clean a floor drain line with a chain machine for less than $600 is almost unheard of till I started it in the last 2 yrs 🤔 If you have a lot of build up that everyone else uses to pick your pocketbook clean all the time you should really give me a call 🤔 it will be the best $175 you've ever spent 651-307-6872

My customer today called me 2 yrs ago saying that his floor drain backs up every yr in June or July 🤯 So at that time I was using the Ridgid flex shaft machine and at that time I thought that was the best machine to use 🤔 And it did do a good job because it kept it clear for 1 more yr than this customer was accustomed to❗️The same customer called me with the same backup 🤔
And this time I have the Milwaukee chain machine which is head and shoulders better than the flex shaft machine so im betting that the floor drain stays open for twice as long❗️$175 gets the job done 651-307-6872 🙂

If you don't think those big sewer and drain corporations don't train their service techs to find ways to get out of guarantees you are sadly mistaken❗️They are charging prices for small drains like a floor drain ranging from $480 - $600 and giving guarantees from 3 to 6 months and voiding those guarantees when any sign of abuse is found 🤔 and they will find something❗️Then you are paying again 🤯 And if you don't pay they don't care because they have more Lawyers + $$$ than you do and you'll pay one way or another 🤬 Don't get me started on their prices for main sewer lines to the street , now those are crazy high 🤯
Here's some food for thought 🤔 hypothetically let's say you call me 651-307-6872 and I clean your floor drain for $175 and 3 - 6 months later it backs up and you call me back because paying $175 again is a hell of a lot better than $480 - $600 again right 🤔 Why pay almost 3 x as much for a job done better by someone else for less❓️Why am I better 🤔 Because I use my Milwaukee chain machine with T-slides and nobody else is and im doing it for $175 and nobody else can match that low price❗️We clean and scope drains not your pocketbook 651-307-6872

My thought is that if I have a more affordable price that I'll have more customers that want to call me before the next sewer and drain service❗️Then I have the contractors that constantly say that my prices are too low and I should raise my prices 🤯 And I'll say should I start that price raise today 🤣 and they give me that look like you're a smart ass Bob 🤣 But honestly is $175 for a small drain too low and should I raise it to $200 and raise the main sewer line to $275 hmmm 🤔 Roto Rooters prices are still $200 - $300 more than mine so I would still be way cheaper 🤔
