Newborn/infant care doesn’t just have to be overnight. Currently playing with a big sister while mom and baby nap 💤 and when baby wakes up I’ll get him so mom can rest a little longer 🩵

Overnight support can help you get more sleep; even if you are breastfeeding! Feeding your baby is only one part of the overnight equation. There’s often diaper changes, rocking back to sleep, washing bottles and/or pumping parts, and of course all those baby noises that can be hard to sleep through.

If you have a baby who still wakes through the night or a newborn on the way I’d love to connect and support you during this exciting and tiring time. I have availability this winter and some spots left for fall.
