IMPORTANT: IntelliCenter® Information
As communicated yesterday, we are aware of an issue impacting the connectivity of the IntelliCenter pool control system through the Pentair Pool App. This issue was caused by an internal Pentair software update. At this time, IntelliCenter remote control capabilities in the mobile app continue to be offline. We are actively working to restore connectivity to the mobile app.
At this time, IntelliCenter devices will not appear in the Pentair Pool app when using remote access, however you can still connect to and manage your pool at the outside control box or by using a local connection within the app. Instructions on how to do so are below.
Further, IntelliCenter email alerts and notifications have been turned off, however the outdoor control panel will continue to display alerts and notifications. You should check your outdoor control panel for any alerts.

How to Control a Pool Locally
If your mobile device is connected to the same WiFi network as your IntelliCenter, you should see the device listed at the bottom of the Pentair Pool app as a local connection.
If the device does not appear locally:
Tap the question mark or information icon next to Remote Network.
Follow the instructions provided:
Go to Settings → Advanced System Configuration → Network → Wi‑Fi Setup at the outdoor control panel.
Write down the IP address.
Enter that IP address into the Local Network option in the app.
At that point:
The app may prompt for a passcode.
If no passcode was created, simply press Connect.
If a passcode was previously set, you will need to enter it to proceed.
