Good morning. We are a new business, and we are attempting to bring you the best possible service. To sustain our premium service standards, we have established updated requirements.

1. A confirmed address and 24-hour advance scheduling are necessary for our complimentary consultation. We cannot sit in your town waiting for an address for hours. And we can no longer except cleans without a walk-through.

2. Access to running water and electricity is mandatory at all locations.

3. A comprehensive task list is required, particularly for clients absent during cleaning. This is ensure all target areas and concerns and addressed.

4. Notification of household pets and their location during our visit is appreciated.

5. Power washing and exterior window cleaning are not included in our services.

6. Our expertise spans organizing and cleaning, excluding moving and packing, except for specially arranged hoarding or crime scene cleanups.

7. Additional measures and fees may apply when encountering unforeseen biohazards to ensure safety and sanitation. Recent incidents involving unreported biohazards have compromised team safety and effective cleaning.
