Open for business despite the snow ! This retired special service vehicle needs head gaskets at 180k miles it first came in with a bad water pump. The customer noticed the heat was not working. And was adding coolant however they failed to realize that if the coolant is not circulating thru the pump housing and reaching the upper housing then it will not register leaving you to believe that the vehicle is running at a normal temperature. By this time the engine has had not had enough coolant to keep the engine at the correct temperatures the overheating has already occurred and generally will lead to a head gasket failure at some point so my point is if ever lose heat then you need shut down the vehicle and figure out why that is and address the issue before a $800.00 dollar problem turns into a 2800 dollar problem which is what this customer is going through now ! I Just wanted to say I really appriciate the work uve been doing. By far the best finisher we’ve had work for us since we started. Bj and I are going to have a talk about u getting a raise. Our crew will only get better once we all get used to each others ways. I know I have my days I’m hard to get along with but I take pride in putting out a product that separates us from the companies that are just out to get paid . Some of the latest work this house is not typical it’s pretty obvious it’s a Frank Loyd Wright or rendering and yes it follows the winter and summer solstice. Variation tolerance 1/32 of an inch. Black stone will fill the spacing and along the edges. Did I mention the home owner is an architect. 🤔
