Office Manger/Coordinator will provide direct support to the Vice President in several tasks: ensure all interactions between the organization and others are positive and in a productive manner. Must possess strong people skills, be able to speak to customers with an exceptional phone manner. Possess the ability to multi task and manage multiple companies and departments. Responsibilities:

Handling office tasks: Mail and sorting, filing (paper and electronic), and reordering supplies.

Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

Maintain general email box.

Add all info to Dash and maintain each account as needed.

Maintain a steady stream of communication through Slack.

Generate financial and production reports, enter payables/receivables, general bookkeeping entries.

Greet and assist visitors.

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail accordingly with vendors

Maintain Receivable Accounts

Requirements:

The ability to identify and address issues with minimal supervision.

Self Starter with the ability to take direction.

Experience with Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Google Drive, Email. Basic office machines

Customer service experience

Attention to detail

Ability to delegate time via prioritizing.

Maintain detailed files.

2+ years experience in an office environment

We are actively seeking Junior Restoration Technicians to train and deploy at our Boston headquarters.

As a Junior Restoration Technician at Cleanway (starting on $20/hour), you will be given a mentor and receive on-the-job training in the basics of water and fire restoration.

After 6 months, we will sponsor your Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) industry certification, upon which you will graduate to a Senior Restoration Technician position ($25/hour), and thereafter have multiple advancement opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Professionally represent the Cleanway model of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

• Must pass criminal background check

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must speak conversationally, read and understand English

• Technician must be able to lift 75 pounds

• Able to climb a ladder.

• Able to work in confined spaces.

• Able to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity.

• Excellent interpersonal/communication and customer service skills

• Maintains professional appearance and attitude at all times

• Comfortable with electronically documenting work

We have a rotating on-call schedule. Some evening and weekend hours are necessary as we are a 24/7 disaster response company. Successful employees will receive bonus pay if called out while on rotation.
