We're growing again!

We need dedicated team members in the Roscommon County area!

We are looking to expand our existing staff with individuals who can provide a high-quality cleaning service while showing exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment. The person filling this role must be able to: work well in a team environment, multitask, remain well-organized, and detail-oriented. They will be asked to perform cleaning duties at job site(s) as assigned by management.

Job Type: Part-time (Contract)
Pay: $12 hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Requirements:
• Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and driver’s license.
• Arrive at the assigned job site at the scheduled time
• Maintain All Shine Cleaning Management System’s quality standards
• Possess strong time management and organizational skills
• Have the ability to lift and move more than 50 pounds
• Successfully pass a background check
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing/pulling, and kneeling while cleaning.

Other helpful (but not required) experience:
• Knowledge and use of common custodial tools and cleaning practices.

Regular job duties include but are not limited to:
• Emptying and disposing of trash and other materials.
• Operating various mechanized equipment, such as:
• Floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, etc.
• Following safety precautions while cleaning surfaces using chemicals.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Dusting light fixtures, furniture, windows, etc.
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Other duties as assigned
