Complete Exterior Remodeling Solutions
Measure/ Estimates/ Quoting
Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners/contractors/commercial businesses to evaluate their exterior remodeling needs.
Build trust through honest, consultative selling.
Conduct detailed home/business evaluations and take accurate measurements.
Recommend products that best fit each customer's home/business, budget, and goals.
Design complete exterior remodeling solutions.
Prepare professional estimates and proposals.
Close sales while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
Generate self-sourced business through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Coordinate closely with production and office staff throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate customer information within the company CRM.
Represent Red Rock Exterior Solutions professionally at all times.
Qualifications -Sales Experience is REQUIRED - WILL TRAIN RIGHT PERSON

Requirements
Proven track record of closing sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline.
Comfortable working evenings and occasional weekends to meet with homeowners.
Ability to use CRM software, tablets, smartphones, email, and text messaging.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong ethics and commitment to honest, customer-first selling.
Ability to get and maintain a solicitation license for St. George and surrounding cities
Willing to travel to different cities and locations - travel reimbursement is provided
