We are currently hiring for 4 cleaning specialists. We are looking for very reliable, trustworthy, responsible, hard working individuals that are looking for something long-term. We are also looking for people that are interested in seasonal work from April to the end of August.
MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE
We are a rapidly growing business so the right individuals will have the opportunity to grow with the company. Here are some details of the job:
Hours: 9:45 a.m to 4 to 5 p.m Mon-Fri Some Saturdays and Some Sundays You will average 28 to 35 hours a week. We can specifically schedule you for Monday through Friday or just for weekends. There may be opportunities to work Mon through Friday from 6p.m to 9p.m If you are ambitious and want to work as much as possible you can get over 40 hours a week.
Pay: DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE, WORK HISTORY AND HOW THE INTERVIEW GOES. Your not going to get the top pay with no experience and no proven work history. We have competitive wages but they may not be as high as some companies because you work in teams of 2 not individually. We don't send you out to clean a house completely on your own. We also provide work vehicles, tools and chemicals so you won't have to worry about those expenses.
You can receive a significant pay increase within 30 days if you're performing well and have proven your value.
You will be paid on a weekly basis on Mondays.
What you can expect: The job is physically demanding. You will be kneeling, bending, climbing on ladders moving your arms quite a bit and being on your feet most your shift. You will have to be physically able to perform the duties of the job. We will teach you things about cleaning you don't know and show you what we do that makes us standout from the competition. We are a family run business so you will be working with the family members most the time. We treat our employees like family and will take care of you if you're taking care of us.
Attire: You will need to be moderately clean cut. Tattoos and piercings and colored hair are ok as long as it doesn't stand out loudly. Work attire is pretty flexible, just nothing really revealing. We work alot with the elderly and families. So we don't wear attire that reveals body parts we don't want grandpa, grandmas and children to see.
We usually set aside time in the evenings to do interviews. We are very busy so it's taking time out of our schedule and family time to do the interviews. If you are scheduled for an interview and don't show up without any type of communication you will be disqualified.
