RESPONSIBILITIES- REMODELING
Remodeling- interior and exterior.
Framing and insulating.
Drywall, texture, paint, stain.
Cabinets, Doors, Trim, Millwork.
Industry training opportunities for mitigation and specialty services.
Project scheduling, communication, and job coordination with property owners, insurance claim representatives, staff, and subcontractors.
Obtain work agreements, material selections, change orders, punch lists, and work completion certificates.
Plan and execute production milestones with quality and timely work outcomes, and professional communication.
General work times Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm, some on call needs with a scheduled team rotation.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE- REMODELING
Independently skilled with framing, drywall, painting, staining, and installation of cabinets, doors, windows, and millwork.
Experience with exterior repairs, roofing, siding, windows a plus.
Experience with restoration and insurance claims a plus.
Experience with project workflows a plus.
Background checks are required.
Able to perform overhead work.
Must occasionally lift and/ or move up to 100 pounds.
Minimum 3-5 years construction-related education or work experience desired.

SKILLS- REMODELING
Solid understanding of construction.
Specialized industry training provided.
Able to use technology to include smartphones, email, and internet.
Works efficiently, has an eye for detail.
Presents a clean and neat appearance.
Customer-service focused, wants to help.
Articulates well verbally and in writing.
Follows thru with job requirements.

EDUCATION
High school graduate, or GED
Post-secondary construction or industry- related education/experience.

- Prepares and tracks receipt of work agreements from property owners and subcontractors.
- Prepares files for new projects. Archives files for completed projects.
- Resolves project delays as needed by seeking solutions and following through with timely communications.
- Updates insurance platforms with timely information according to claims program requirements.
- Runs front office; answers and directs calls, escalates urgency as needed.
- Provides administrative, office, and marketing support.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in an administrative, customer service capacity
- Claims experience a plus
