We put together a welcome book with all the house info, inside you’ll find: general info about the home and the grounds, checkout instructions, things to do, places to eat, shopping, and amenities info. Guests have little to no questions after looking through our guides.

Our clients were out of town and had a couple of unwanted guests check-in to their BNB🫢
We’re on it!
We got them out immediately.
Saving headaches and hundreds of dollars.
Our help extends beyond cleaning and co-hosting. We regularly fix toilets, electronics, paint, shop, decorate, mail guests their items they left behind, unclog drains, tighten k***s, provide pest control, change batteries, and address guest issues after hours if needed. A good co-host wears many hats.

The IS team has been co-hosting for many years, helping clients achieve Super Host status with consistent 5-star ratings.
Here's our 30-day check-in across 5 listings: 100% 5 stars again 😆 with 75% occupancy. Currently, we take care of 10 listings in total.
By choice, we keep our business small and focused.

We love doing things like providing welcoming comforts, such as these cute eye masks that I packaged with customized stickers. It's all the little details and cleanliness that add up to a great stay 🥰.

Ryan and I have cleaned/turned over vacay rentals 124 times Jan-March with 100% 5 star reviews☀️. Those numbers are hard work paying off.

Quick and friendly response times when it comes to guests and performing mini deep cleans after each stay is a huge part of that.

Great reviews are literally the fuel to my fire. I want the businesses that we are apart of to succeed. I want the guests to be happy. So this made me uber happy when I did a random performance check. 😃

Let’s talk parties!

Everything seems fine, fun and fabulous from a distance, but trust me, you don't want a close-up look at the dust parties that we’ve walked into.

Sometimes good memories aren’t the only things left behind. Drinks spill, food splatters, dust settles and luggage has kissed the walls on the way out.
But, No worries, cause we are here to reset and make it sparkle all over again.

Sorry dust bunnies but the party is over, you gotta go. Time to roll out the red carpet and make it comfy and clean for our next guests. 🐰 🤗🤩😎
