Let’s talk dirty…linens!
Interior Sunshine versus other Cleaners/Co-hosts:
We actually wash bedding including quilts and throws in between each guests stay. This should be a given right?!
But, sadly it’s not. We have witnessed an absurd amount of cleaners and larger companies who do NOT do this as they should. This is not the owners fault. This should be a given when a cleaner agrees to the job.
With us, your guests can rest easy knowing the bed linens are clean. They are always fresh, always changed out.
Cleaners who skip washing bedding are charging less. It takes less time, less detergent and less effort resulting in a cheap, uncompleted job.
We stand by completing a turnover the correct way and our reasonable rates reflect that. The job is not done when we turn out the lights and lock the door. Linens are taken away, properly washed, dried and neatly folded at our dedicated laundry facility. Tagged and organized. Ready to go for the next booking.

•Extra linen tid bit below•
Golden rule: 3 sets of bed linens for each bed. Why: 1 set to make the bed, 1 set to wash, 1 set as back up emergency.
Double the bath towel sets and beach towels. Why: A set available to guests and the back up, either being laundered or stored.
Duvets: Strongly advise against. They take 3x as long to make up and wash compared to light weight quilts which work best in STR’s.
This is how we professionaly achieve sameday turnovers in a timely fashion. 🤗
