We Do It Better Cleaning With Care LLC is a growing professional cleaning company specializing in luxury Airbnb and residential cleaning.

We are looking for a DEPENDABLE team member to join us.

🚨 Dependability is NON-NEGOTIABLE. If you are frequently late or unreliable, this position will not be a good fit.

PAY & BENEFITS• $16–$21 per hour (based on experience)• Weekly pay• Cleaning supplies provided• Mileage reimbursement• 24–30 hours per week

SCHEDULE• Typical hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM• Monday–Sunday availability required• Weekends required as needed

REQUIREMENTS• Reliable transportation• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work independently• Professional attitude
