Yesterday, we had the pleasure of celebrating Debbie Black and her remarkable 27-year career with Caravan Facilities Management.

Debbie’s journey is a true reflection of dedication, growth, and leadership. Starting as a Supervisor and retiring from Corporate Operations Support, she made a lasting impact across 10–12 facilities supporting both General Motors and Stellantis.

Throughout her career, Debbie consistently put her teams first. She was known for her strong work ethic, willingness to step in wherever needed, and her commitment to helping others succeed. She truly embodied what it means to be a leader at Caravan.
