Good evening! We have recently had to make a few changes to our policies. Please read below for our updates! Thank you!
M & A Sparkle and Shine Cleaners prices and policies.
-Prices start at:
$140+ weekly
$150+ biweekly
$160+ monthly
- $60-$100/hr for one time /construction clean-up/decluttering
(Decluttering will not be offered on normal cleaning days, but is available to be scheduled)
** - These price will vary with the size of your home and amount of cleaning that you would like done.
-We accept cash, check and venmo(5% convenience fee will be added starting February 1st, 2022)
-Payment is due 24 hours from time of cleaning. There will be a 10% fee added after 72 hours and a 30% fee for each week unpaid.
-Please understand, the first cleaning is a get to know your home cleaning and will be MORE EXPENSIVE and detailed.
*Prices will vary. $150-$300
-The first cleaning includes:
-All reachable baseboards(every 6 months )
-kitchen and bathroom cabinets(as needed)
- windowsills(as needed)
- lighting fixtures/ceiling fans(as needed)
- dusting/vacuuming/ mopping of all surfaces.
-This cleaning is as detailed as possible, but we may miss things. If we do, please let us know immediately so that we can fix the problem and not repeat missing it the next cleaning.
-We ask that all children/pet toys be picked up prior to our arrival.
-Any pet and/or children messes be cleaned up.
If your child has an an accident and you would like sheets changed, that is fine, but please let us know so that we can have the correct supplies available.
-If your pet has an accident while we are there and it is easily cleanable, we will attempt to clean or treat area and alert you to mess. This does NOT include inside litter boxes.
-We ask that you provide trash bags, paper towels and a vacuum if you have pets.

-We have a rescheduling policy.
-If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you give at least a 24 hour notice.
-We will charge a $25 reschedule fee otherwise.
-IF WE ARRIVE AT YOUR HOME and you are not home and have left us no entry options, OR FORGOT that you were scheduled and have not left payment, you will be responsible for 50% of the cleaning fee. This will be due at the time of your next scheduled cleaning.
-We understand that emergencies happen, and are flexible, to a certain extent.
- Rescheduling can be done via email/phone call/text, but PLEASE MAKE SURE that you speak to SOMEONE so that we know you need to reschedule.
❄🌨For inclement weather, roads and conditions will be monitored and we will contact you as soon as possible if this will hinder our arrival times or a reschedule is needed.
***-We have been very lenient with this policy, but will be enforcing it a bit more due to the fact that we still have to arrange daycare, gas and schedule availability for your cleanings.***
-Referral program
-Must clean at least once
- 1st $10
- 2nd $30
- 3rd free cleaning
-Windows and shampooing
- $5-7 a window (inside and out)
- $79 for up to 4 rooms + rental
