Thank you to our Maintenance & Construction team for knocking out this flooring replacement at a daycare in Massachusetts!

Since the school hosts students throughout the summer, there wasn’t much flexibility. Students had to be temporarily relocated while we completed the work, which meant the deadline was the deadline.

Our team got it done with a full day to spare — and completely changed the look and feel of the school in the process.

We replaced the existing flooring with LVT, giving the space a fresh look while also making day-to-day cleaning and maintenance much easier compared to traditional VCT.

Great work by the entire team getting this one across the finish line ahead of schedule. 👏

We’re proud of the trust our healthcare/medical clients place in our team to maintain their facilities and the environments their patients walk into.

Thank you, Carmela, for the kind words and for trusting our team!!!

YOU CAN’T JUST WIPE MOLD AWAY.

One of the biggest misconceptions with mold is that a little bleach, a spray bottle and a quick wipe solves the problem. It doesn’t.

Improperly disturbing mold can release spores into the air and if the underlying moisture or humidity issue isn’t addressed, you’ve created the perfect conditions for it to come right back.

That’s why proper mold remediation is a process:
- Contain the affected area.
- Control airborne particles.
- Remove contaminated materials when necessary.
- Properly clean and remediate the affected surfaces.
- Address the moisture source.

Don’t cover up a mold problem. Remediate it. Here is a look behind the scenes at our team doing exactly that!

Nobody asked him to do it. No protocol required it.

It just worked, and now it's how every warehouse cleaning shift starts.

Before the crew starts cleaning a warehouse, we walk the floor.

Five minutes.

No mop.

No equipment.

Just looking.

We have seen what happens when nobody does this.

A spill that waited three shifts. A sign nobody noticed was missing. An inspector who did.

Same five things. Every warehouse floor. Every shift:

→ 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀: Debris, packaging, obstructions. Clear before the first pallet moves.

→ 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Mark it. Contain it. Clean it. A dried spill near a forklift lane sat there through at least one full shift.

→ 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀: Light fixtures, ventilation grilles, racking tops. Dust falls down. If nobody's checked above, the floor work doesn't hold.

→ 𝗛𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲: Visible and in place. A sign that moved didn't move itself.

→ 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀: Current and accessible. Not in a drawer. Not from last year.

Five minutes before the work starts.
That's the whole system.

Can you spot the difference?!🔎

We’ll give you a hint… it’s in the shine.

No filter, no tricks - just the power of detail.

At Cleantech, it’s not just about emptying trash and leaving, it’s about the details, seeing what areas we can improve and how we can go above and beyond.

Most people see a clean floor.

We see the last 6 months of foot traffic, spills, residue, and buildup that a mop never stood a chance against.

This is what a real deep clean looks like up close. Not surface level. Not a quick pass.....

Actually clean.

Your floor is talking. The question is whether you're listening.

This might be our favorite review yet. 😄⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When your clients don't want to mess up what your crew set up — you know you're doing something right.

Thank you Meganne — we'll make sure the team sees this one! 🙌

We’ll just leave these before & afters right here.

Carpet takes a beating over time, especially in high-traffic areas.

What looks like it’s ready to be replaced sometimes just needs the right cleaning process.

Pretty satisfying seeing what comes back out of it.

This floor wasn't dirty. It was DIRTY dirty. 😅🫧

Years of buildup on tile that regular mopping never touched. One steam cleaning session later — completely different floor. Same tile, same grout, just actually clean for the first time in a long time.

Save yourself the renovation cost. Call us first. 👇

Your office bathroom is either an afterthought or a statement.

This before and after speaks for itself. Same bathroom — just actually cleaned the way it should be.

If yours is looking more "before" than "after" right now, you know where to find us. 👇
