Nobody asked him to do it. No protocol required it.
It just worked, and now it's how every warehouse cleaning shift starts.
Before the crew starts cleaning a warehouse, we walk the floor.
Five minutes.
No mop.
No equipment.
Just looking.
We have seen what happens when nobody does this.
A spill that waited three shifts. A sign nobody noticed was missing. An inspector who did.
Same five things. Every warehouse floor. Every shift:

โ ๐ฆ๐ฝ๐ถ๐น๐น๐: Mark it. Contain it. Clean it. A dried spill near a forklift lane sat there through at least one full shift.
โ ๐ข๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ต๐ถ๐ด๐ต ๐๐๐ฟ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐: Light fixtures, ventilation grilles, racking tops. Dust falls down. If nobody's checked above, the floor work doesn't hold.
โ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ: Visible and in place. A sign that moved didn't move itself.
โ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฒ๐๐: Current and accessible. Not in a drawer. Not from last year.
Five minutes before the work starts.
