Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of snow or inclement weather, we will notify you if we are able to safely clean your home as scheduled. If we confirm that we can provide service and you choose to refuse or cancel the cleaning, the full cost of the scheduled cleaning will still be due and must be paid before we return for future services.
Please understand that when we reserve time for your home, that time cannot be replaced with other work. If we do not work, we do not get paid. This policy helps ensure fairness and consistency for our business and staff.
