As an Assistant Manager, you will work along side the site manager to run the day to day operations of your store. You are
expected to lead by example and lead your team by working along side them. No previous car wash experience is needed. You bring the drive, and we’ll teach you the rest!
We are looking for:
-A highly motivated, energetic individual who enjoys working outdoors
-The drive to better yourself and your team
-Good mechanical aptitude and a willingness to “get your hands dirty”
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Supervise and direct employees with guidance from the site manager
-Develop and motivate team members to ensure Wash 'N Roll’s standards are met
-Oversee productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of all employees
-Handles all customer issues that occur during your shift to ensure that the customer is treated fairly in a timely manner
-Ensures that their store is maintained, clean, and organized at all times
-Assist in training team members, evaluate team members and set goals
-Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times
-Ensure adherence and compliance with all policies, procedures and processes
