GREAT TEAMS DON’T HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT! 🌴🚗💪

South Florida is gearing up for a BIG season, and our 12 Oaks Parking regional team is bringing the energy! 🔥

Our Pre-Season Regional Meeting was all about getting aligned, sharing ideas, strengthening connections, and making sure our teams are ready to deliver the 12 Oaks standard!

And here’s the thing…

You don’t earn recognition as one of USA TODAY’s Top Workplaces by accident. You build a culture that earns it! 🏆

It’s meetings like these, leaders who listen, teammates who support one another, and a shared commitment to getting better every day that make the difference.

From South Florida to our operations nationwide, we’re building more than a parking company.

We’re building a team people are proud to be part of! 💚

Here’s to a great season ahead, South Florida! Let’s GO! 🙌🚗

TUESDAY SHOUTOUT: IT’S THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE! 👏🚗🌳

But here’s what makes Luis stand out: He doesn’t only take care of our guests. He takes care of his TEAM, too! 💚

From keeping valet operations running smoothly to helping new teammates learn the ropes and feel confident, Luis brings reliability, positivity, and a genuine commitment to service every single day.

At 12 Oaks Parking, we believe great service starts with great people. And Luis is a wonderful example of that!

Luis, THANK YOU for showing up, stepping up, and making every arrival count! 👏

Let’s give Luis some love in the comments! 🎉
