We had so much fun catching up at our June team meeting! We’re still looking for a few people to join the team, so spread the word!

✨ $19.00/hr starting.

✨ 8-30 hrs/week between 8am-5pm M-F; tell us when you’re free and we design your schedule.

✨ On-the-job training (no experience necessary!), supplies provided at no cost to you. Mileage is reimbursed, and raises are available up to $25 an hour!

Throwback to our team meeting two weeks ago.

This crew is phenomenal! Every year I wonder how we’ll continue to find such amazing employees, and I’m always blown away by our new applicants. 👏🏼

Shoutout to the team for embracing the vision and delivering top-notch service to our clients! Also, Simone will be returning to MN this summer! We can’t wait to have her in person at our meetings🌟

🎉 Celebrating 4 Years with Simone!

It’s been a jam-packed 4 years since I first met Simone for an interview to clean with us! From day one, she dove into the world of green cleaning, bringing passion and fresh ideas to the table. By 2020, her dedication and interest in our mission led her to assist with admin tasks. We found that our complimentary skillsets and shared enthusiasm for this work made us a dynamic duo. 🙌🏼

Even when Simone moved to another state for grad school in 2021, our connection stayed strong through weekly FaceTime calls and remote collaboration on admin work.

Together, we’ve revamped our training materials, fine-tuned our protocols, and streamlined our business systems. Simone takes the lead in team communication, reviews timesheets, works her magic on our website, and tackles a whole spectrum of tasks from writing/editing to co-leading team meetings, and everything in between. She’s been a key in keeping our business running smoothly!

She was in town this weekend so we celebrated by going out for dinner at 😋 The Crispy Chicken Sandwich never disappoints 💯

We can’t wait for the day when Simone moves back to Minnesota, but until then, we’ll continue to appreciate her invaluable contributions from afar.
