🚨 NOW HIRING: Environmental Supervisor 🚨
PROS Services is looking for an experienced Environmental Supervisor to join our team.
This is a hands-on field position. You’ll be supervising crews, working alongside them on industrial cleaning and spill response jobs, and making sure the job gets done safely and correctly.
What you’ll be doing:
✅ Supervise field crews on environmental and industrial cleaning jobs
✅ Read and understand SDS sheets and assist with HazMat spill response
✅ Handle Confined Space Entry as Supervisor/Rescue
✅ Mobilize and demobilize frac tanks
✅ Train new field employees and lead monthly team meetings
✅ Keep vehicles, equipment, job paperwork, and crews organized
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Chauffeur’s License required
🔹 Strong communication and leadership skills
🔹 Dependable and willing to be on-call 24/7 when needed
🔹 Someone who can take charge, solve problems, and work in the field with the crew
